Doug Creeley is a seasoned executive consultant and strategic leader with over 30 years of experience driving operational excellence and digital transformation for privately held and public companies in SMB and enterprise market spaces, with a focus on Private Equity needs during acquisition and integration. As a core partner at The Pivit Point, Doug specializes in bridging the gap between business strategy, goals and targets, and safe and secure process automation, helping organizations reach their next level of operational maturity.

Doug’s extensive experience includes executive roles at Dell Technologies, Ambassadors Group, and E78 /NextLevel Partners serving 20+ clients. He is a dedicated mentor with SCORE Mentors, helping small and mid-sized businesses navigate growth challenges.
Doug holds an MBA in Strategy and Management from Western Governors University and a BS in Computer Science from Excelsior University. His unique blend of military discipline (US Army veteran) and corporate sophistication allows him to deliver results that are both strategic and highly practical, yet sized to purpose and light-weight.
Kim Terry - Managing Partner
With a broad career of C‑level technology leadership, Kim Terry brings deep understanding of Information Technology as a strategic business driver. Combined with more than 20 years of board experience, he navigates complex interpersonal dynamics and competing priorities with a collegial, collaborative approach.
Kim offers significant depth knowledge about IT investments, mergers and acquisitions, and operational leadership. He quickly identifies root causes behind IT challenges and distinguishes symptoms from true operational roadblocks to growth. Having “been there before,” he translates complex technology strategies into clear, actionable business guidance.

Kim has built multiple IT organizations from the ground up, led teams through major enterprise system replacements, and assessed organizational structures during mergers and acquisitions across a variety of industries. Throughout these efforts, he has balanced people, priorities, and business needs to ensure alignment between technology and strategic objectives.

Kim has held senior IT leadership roles at consumer products companies including Guthy‑Renker and Jafra Cosmetics, supporting order processing, call centers, warehousing, and distribution operations. His background also includes extensive experience in Property & Casualty Insurance and Financial Services at Transamerica Corporation. Additionally, Kim has worked at high‑growth startups such as Everbridge, a SaaS provider of emergency notification services. Across his career, Kim has been responsible for mission‑critical business systems, high‑security environments, and technology foundations that support revenue integrity and cash flow.
